Description
- Medium to large size red Chinese cabbage with a uniform cylindrical head shape
- Pale red outer leaves with medium pink/red internal colour
- Perfectly suited as both a fresh salad ingredient or for use in Asian style cooking
- Slower bolting than Hallasan F1 but is still susceptible to bolting in the spring
